E1: 42W: Check Remaining Shelf Life Days Before Fullfilling Order Lines (R4277701/P4277701) (Doc ID 2730310.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 20, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Fulfillment Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Orders are being fulfilled and released from the Fulfillment Management System without comparing the remaining shelf-life on the available lots to the "Days to Expiration" limit that was set for the specific customer in the Grade and Potency Preference.

Auto Fulfillment (R4277701) and Fulfillment Workbench (P4277701) should compare the remaining shelf-life on the available lots to the "Days to Expiration" limit that was set for the specific customer in the Grade and Potency Preference. If the remaining shelf-life days of the available lots is less than the "Days to Expiration" limit that was set for the specific customer in the Grade and Potency Preference, then the inventory in those lots should not be counted as available for that customer and the order quantity should remain in an “Unfulfilled” state.
