Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After Applying Bug 31130867 when processing options 2 & 3 are set to = 3 R12825 No Longer forwards F1202 AU Units, or AA Ledger Type records. In this case the F1202 records were created by Equipment Meter Reading P12120.

Steps To Duplicate:
1.  Create an Asset i.e. 112020 in the Equipment Master
2.  Go to Menu G1311 / P12120 and enter a meter reading for today.  i.e. 11/20/20.
3.  Enter i.e. 200 Hours, todays date i.e. 11/20/20, the asset number, and click Find.
4.  Now enter 200 hours in the net increase field and click OK.  This will write both an AA and AU record to the F1202. Databrowse the F1202 and inquire on the Asset to confirm the AA and AU records have been created in FY 20
5.  Run R12825 to close FY20 and Forward Balances to FY21. Closed Period processing option 1. = 2020, processing options 2 & 3 = 3 and 4 = Blank Data Select on Asset Number Only.  Check F1202 and notice FY21 records are not created for the AA or AU records.
6.  Go back to R12825 and change processing options 2 & 3 to = 2 run the R12825 again.  Notice the FY21 records were created for the AU record. Note in this simple test the AA record does not have a balance to forward, so a FY21 record for the AA record was not expected.
