E1: 41: P41026 Displays Error "ORA-00001: unique constraint (PDCUR.F4101x_PK) violated" in JDE and JDEDEBUG Logs Even though Record is Created Successfully

Symptoms
Scenario #1:
When using copy button to create another item master where, P4101 has processing options setup to call P41026; just after click Ok in P41026 Additional information after user made change in Service Warranty TAB; the following error is seen in log (JDE and JDEDEBUG) files: "Error - ORA-00001: unique constraint (PDCUR.F4101F_PK) violated. The error is a bogus as the records are correctly created without problems. No error message is displayed to the user.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
NOTE: Before executing the test, turn JDEDEBUG.log in Server Manager
1. P4101 - Item Master - Inquire in existing item number
2. Select the line and click on COPY button
3. P4101 - Item revision, Enter new Description and let Next Number populate
the Short Item Number. Click OK to save
4. P4101 - Category Code - No changes, click Ok
5. P4101 - No changes on Additional System Information screen. Click OK
6. P4101 - Storage /Shipping. No changes, click OK
7. P41026 - Item/Branch Plant Info. populated Branch Plant field. Click OK
8. P41026 - Category Code screen, no changes, click Ok
9. P41026 - Quantities screen, no changes, click OK
10.P41026 - Additional System Info screen, click on Service Warranty TAB.
Check the Repairable check box. Click OK to save.
11.Primary Location screen, no changes, save it.
12.Cost Revisions, no changes, click OK. The item is created
13.Look at JDE.log and see the following message: OCI0000179 - Error - ORA-00001: unique constraint (PDCUR.F4101F_PK) violated
Scenario #2:
When changing the Supplier Number in P41026, the following errors are found in the jde log:
OCI0000179 - Error - ORA-00001: unique constraint (CRPDTA.F4101A_PK) violated - - in addition to the same error for F4101G_PK and F4101C_PK
JDB9900401 - Failed to execute db request
JDB3400009 - Failed to perform Insert for F4101A - - in addition to the same error for F4101G and F4101C
Steps:
1. Access P41026 | W41026E
2. Select an item number. This takes the user to P41026 | W41026A
3. Change the Supplier Number (Data Dictionary alias ALKY)
