Symptoms

If Taxpayer Class is manually changed from 1 (Taxpayer) to 2 (Consumer) in SO Entry (P4210) Generate Nota Fiscal (R76558B) will not include the IPI Tax Amount in the ICMS Basis Amount. This will result in too low a tax being charged on the customer’s invoice.
