E1: 30: Option Available to Default Current System Date as Effective From Date When Copying a Bill of Materials from One Branch Plant to Another in P3002 Program

Symptoms
In P3002, copying a BOM from one branch plant to another plant should not default component effective from date as copied item's component effective from date rather should use current system date as effective from date.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. P3002 - Parent01 in BP M30 has Component01 & Component02 having Effective-From Date of 01/01/2019.
2. P3002 - Copy Parent01 BOM from BP M30 to M35,
3. Observe the copy functionality copies the BOM structure with Component01 & Compnent02 into M35 but the Effective from Date remains to be 01/01/2019
