Symptoms

The ST-OT Transfer orders are created by the user which has the access of both ST business unit and OT business unit.
But sometimes the ST orders are partial ship confirmed by the users which have the access to the ST business but don’t have the access of OT Business unit.

In this scenario’s lines got split and created a new line on the ST side but it failed to create new line on for corresponding OT. That issue further perpetuated when users continued partial ship confirm the problematic ST order.

An error to be displayed on the P4205 screen and not allow the user with no right to partial ship confirm.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter ST-OT order. User 1 has access of both From Branch/Plant and To Branch/Plant
2. Ship Confirmation Partially. User2 doesn’t have access of To Branch/Plant.
3. Line Number 1.100 has been created after partially shipment in ST order.
4. Line Number 1.100 did not get created after partially shipment of ST order in OT side.
5. Error message showing in work center but not showing at the time of ship confirmation.
