E1: 38: Depot (MCU) Change in Agreement Master (P38010) Is Not Reflected in Agreement Quantities (F38011) and Source/Destination Master (F38012) Tables (Doc ID 2732765.1)

Last updated on JULY 12, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Agreement Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

After changing the business unit (MCU) of an agreement in Agreement Master Revisions (P38010) application, this change is not reflected in F38011.MCU and F38012.PSR fields.

The Warning - Business Unit Changed (38BU1) is simply explaining that the business unit is going to be changed, in order for the user to be aware of that change. It is not justifying in any way the disbalance between F38010-F38011-F38012 tables that is about to happen.

Subsequently, if a sales order is created for that customer in the new business unit changed in P38010, the agreement is not associated in the order as expected.

Does the current functionality provide a way, except the warning, to avoid this issue?
