E1: 42: 46: P42040 - Speed Status Update Does Not Populate Scheduled Pick Date (PDDJ) in F4600 (Doc ID 2734108.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 04, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Warehouse Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When a Pick Request is raised for a Sales Order using P42040 - Sales Order Speed Status Update then it does not populate the Scheduled Pick Date (PDDJ) field in the F4600 Warehouse Requests table. It seems that P42040 passes a blank date to F4600UpdateRequest. When the request is created during sales order entry in P4210 then the Pick date is populated correctly.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. Enter a Sales order
2. Set up P42040 to generate Pick request
3. Update order status using P42040
4. Note PDDJ is blank in F4600
