Symptoms

After disabling the HTTP listen port and enabling only the SSL listen port for a WebLogic based managed instance, that instance is not accessible through Server Manager Console. The following errors can be found in the WebLogic Admin Server log:

 

Changes

The HTTP listen port was disabled so that only the SSL listen port was enabled for the managed instance.
