Symptoms
Running B98ORCH Fails when Endpoint is not available. This should not happen as records should be marked for reprocessing when the Endpoint is unavaialable.
Usually this leads randomly to one of the following scenarios:
- UBE ends Successfully: all records are updated on the database, but the process becomes zombie in the end of the execution
- UBE ends in Error: all records are updated on the database, process becomes zombie
- UBE ends in Error: records are partially updated on the database, process becomes zombie
- UBE ends in Error: no records are updated on the database, process becomes zombie
