Symptoms

While attempting to upgrade the Server Manager Management Console deployed in a Weblogic domain, the following error occurs.

 

Changes

There are two scenarios where different changes were made:

Scenario 1
Upgraded the Server Manager to version 9.2.4.3 or later without enabling TLS v1.2 for JMX;

Scenario 2
Upgraded the Server Manager to version 9.2.4.3 or later and enabling TLS v1.2 for JMX based on the information provided in Note ID 2723106.1 - How to Implement TLS v1.2 for Secure JMX Protocol Communication on Server Manager Console Version 9.2.4.3 and Higher, or Note ID 2749197.1 - Automated TLS/SSL Configuration for Server Manager Console and Agent (Tools Release 9.2.5x and later)

Scenario 3
Set up TLS for secure JMX following document E1: SVM: How to Implement TLS v1.2 for Secure JMX Protocol Communication on Server Manager Console Version 9.2.4.3 and Higher (Doc ID 2723106.1)
