Symptoms
When using a Safari browser with iPad iOS 13.x the grid cell values do not update to the new record change.
For example, in the Sales Order Revision form, the user cannot modify or insert the quantity for each line. After making changes by entering a new value in the grid field and moving to the next grid line, the change made is reverted back to the old value.
