E1: 13: 17: F31172.UKIDP Field is not Populated when the Service Order is Created Using 'Update PM Schedule Status' - R12807 UBE (Doc ID 2738040.1)

Symptoms

The Unique Pricing Key (alias UKIDP) field is not populated in the F31172 - Routing Instructions - Extension table when creating maintenance or service orders labor details via R12807.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. P4101 / P41026 - Create one parent item and a purchased component that will be used on the service order; add Service/Warranty details for them
  2. P1701 / P1702 - Add a new equipment record
  3. P3002 - Define a BOM for the above parent
  4. P3003 - Define Item Routing for the above parent
  5. P48201 / P17714 - Create a model WO using the above items
  6. P1207 - Define an interval-based PM schedule for the above equipment, with a frequency indicator = 1 - Same Date Each Month
  7. P1393 - Define the maintenance rules to create an SV order
  8. IV: P48201, P17714, P17730 and P17732 defined to automatically attach the WO Parts and WO Labor during SVO creation
  9. P48201 > P17714 - Manually create an SV order
  10. P17730 - SVO Parts details are automatically attached
  11. P17732 - SVO Labor details are automatically attached
  12. Databrowser - F3111 - Select the SV order number; note the UKID for service order parts detail lines
  13. Databrowser - F31171 - Select the data by the UKID(s) of the service order parts detail lines; note that Unique Key Pricing (Alias: UKIDP) field is populated correctly
  14. Databrowser - F3112 - Select the SV order number to display the service order labor detail lines
  15. Databrowser - F31172 - Filter the data by SVO number; check the Unique Key Pricing (Alias: UKIDP) field populated correctly
  16. BV: R12807 - Run the Update PM Schedule Status; note the work order created for the PM schedule in status 50
  17. P17730 - SVO Parts details are automatically attached
  18. P17732 - SVO Labor details are automatically attached
  19. Databrowser - F3111 - Select the SV order number; note the UKID for service order parts detail lines
  20. Databrowser - F31171 - Select the data by the UKID(s) of the service order parts detail lines; note that Unique Key Pricing field is populated correctly
  21. Databrowser - F3112 - Select the SV order number to display the service order labor detail lines
  22. Databrowser - F31172 - Filter the data by SVO number; check the Unique Key Pricing field and noticed it is blank; it should have been populated during the service order labor detail lines creation.
