File Server is on Windows 2019
The old file server is on Windows 2016 platform. Recently, the file server is moved to another machine that is on Windows 2019.
After moving the file server and setting up FTP, users are experiencing a long delay when viewing File Type media object attachments in the Classic Media Object Viewer.
After creating a File Attachment (HTMLUpload) and the user went back to Media Object Viewer to view the file attachment. If user click once on the file attachment, system is slow to retrieve it. It will eventually show up and user can then download the file attachment from the Media Object Viewer.
If user double click on the file attachment icon in the Media Object Viewer, it will show a blank screen immediately and system will not retrieve the file attachment.
