Symptoms
Issue happening in 9.2.4.4 Tools Release and 87.0.4280.88/88.0.4324 Chrome versions.
When attempting to load standard E1 ADF application for Chrome it fails with "Error: System issues prevent the application from opening. Please contact your system administrator" error message. It works for safari and IE browsers.
