Symptoms

Performance of the MRP/MPS Requirements Planning - R3482 UBE running on JDE Release 9.2 is worse than 9.1 for only 2 of 10 R3482 named versions.  The performance of other 8 versions in EntrepriseOne 9.2 are better than JDE Release 9.1.
The issue occurs during an upgrade done from JDE 8.11 to JDE 9.2 and the comparison of the performance is made between the two releases using the same data and the exact same R3482 named versions.
