When the Bill of Materials has all components with the same Op Seq Number, this causes a display/print issue with the work order Parts List & Output of the R31415.  When Lot Controlled components are split, the new split component line(s) are always being added to the Bottom/End of the Parts List.  This causes a sequence issue for both the Parts list (P3111) and Parts List Print (R31415) with the split components for the client.

For example, when the R31410 (Order Processing)/R31415 is run to attach Parts List and Print or it is manually attached and if the Component Qty must be split to more than one Lot, the split line always ends up at the end/bottom of the parts list. This creates a new line number as the last number in sequence and causes the line to be Displayed and be Printed out of sequence and appear as the last line.

  1. Create a Lot Component
  2. add it to the middle of the BOM (make sure Op Seq # are all 10)
  3. Adjust Inventory for this Lot Component
  4. Create a work order so Qty of the Lot Component gets split
  5. Run the R31410/R31415
  6. Check the Report R31415 and actual Parts List
  7. The split line get put to the bottom
