Symptoms

After upgrading to 9.2.5.x, certain Orchestrations are not working as expected because variables are not being created in Form Requests. This issue only affects variables that are created in a Form Request that is the last step in an Orchestration. Also, the variables are created appropriately and the Orchestration completes successfully if the Orchestration runs via debug mode.
