Symptoms

A request is being made to lock Journal Entries from being modified by user other than originator.

Possible recommendation would be a processing option on journal entry (P0911) that could be enabled or disabled as required.

This processing option could be managed by a system admin in the event the originator is not available to make required changes.

This functionality could be used to meet SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements
