E1: SOLEXP: "Add to Favorites" Option is Not Available Under Favorites Icon After Accessing an Application (Doc ID 2743288.1)

Symptoms

The "Add to Favorites" option is missing after accessing an application. This is affecting all users.
 


Steps to duplicate:

  1. Login to JDE Enterprise
  2. Open an interactive application
  3. Select the Favorites icon
  4. There is an option to "Manage Favorites" but no option to "Add to Favorites".

The user should be able to see the "Add to Favorites" option after accessing an application like below:
