E1: 31: R31415 (Work Order Print) Line Out Of Sequence When Component Substitue Item Is Added (Doc ID 2744193.1)

Symptoms

When a Substituted Item is added to the Parts List and the Operation Sequence Numbers (OPSQ) are all the same on the Bill of Material, the Substituted Item is being printed (R31415 - WO Print) and Displayed (P3111 - Parts List) at the Bottom/End of the parts list. It should be printed/displayed together with the original substituted item

 Steps:

  1. Make sure at all items on the BOM have the same Op Seq number (P3002).
  2. Create BOM Substitute Item (P3002).
  3. Either Create a new work order header or go to an existing Work Order (P48013).
  4. Go to the Parts List and select line you want to Substitute (P3111).
  5. Row exit / substitute available
  6. Enter amount that you want to substitute.
  7. Notice the New line Shows beneath the original material line before it is saved.
  8. Save the Part List with the Substitute added
  9. Notice the Substitute Part is Now at the Bottom of the Parts List
  10. Now run the R31410 to Print the Parts R31415.
