Symptoms
After upgrading to tools release version 9.2.5.x or later, if an UBE is submitted to a single threaded queue while an UBE is already in "P" status, the newly submitted UBE enters into "S" status.
Consequent UBEs submitted into the same single threaded queue are entering into "W" status.
Below is an example of how the UBEs submitted into the single threaded queue will be shown in WSJ (Work with Submitted Jobs) application:
