E1: SEC: User Can Still See a Menu Item After Switching to a Role Which Does Not Have Access to Run the Application (Application Security) After Sign On as *ALL Role (Doc ID 2745198.1)

Symptoms

A User has 3 roles assigned in P95921 - Work With Role Relationships. Two of the roles is given access to run an application with Application Security (Security Type 3) set to Run = Y in P00950 - Security Workbench. One role do not have access or permission to run an application.

After the user sign on to EnterpriseOne as *ALL role, then changes the role using the Role Chooser to the role without access to run the application, the user is still able to see the Menu Item for the application and able to run it.

Is this a normal behavior?
