E1: WRKFLW: 42: Why Do Some Users in the System Receive PPAT Message "Job R40211Z <Version> Completed Normally" Even Though the R40211Z is a Scheduled Job and Not Submitted by These Users? (Doc ID 2746769.1)

The R40211Z UBE is set up to run daily on the scheduler with the SCHEDULER user id account. However, 3 users in the system are receiving emails daily from the PSFT_SYSTEM@<domain>.com address (set up in Server Manager). These users are all receiving the same PPAT message associated with this UBE job: "Job R40211Z <Version> Completed Normally".

These 3 users did not submit the R40211Z UBE and this UBE is set up to run on the scheduler with the SCHEDULER user account. Why are these users receiving the PPAT message "Job R40211Z <Version> Completed Normally" if they did not submit this report?
