Symptoms

Below are two different examples describing the symptoms of the problem, not able to access an existing Personal Form nor create a new Personal Form after Tools Release update to 9.2.4.3.

Example 1:
Attempt to access an existing Personal Form created in Tool Release 9.2.4.1 on Application P4310|W4310B fails with a Web Client Exception error.  Attempt to create a new Personal Form on the same application fails, returns to a blank screen. 

Steps:

P4310
1. Log into PY 9.2.4.3 TR environment
2. Access P4310 application 
3. Click find and select a record
4. Select the Personal Form from the dropdown
5. Web Client Exception error issued

Example 2:
Attempt to create a new Personal Form on Application P42101|W42101C fails, returns to a blank screen.

Steps:

P42101
1. Log into PY 9.2.4.3 TR environment
2. Fast Path to P42101
3. Click on Personal Form icon
4. Remove Credit Check from Form Header
5. Click Save
6. Enter New Name and click OK
7. Exit Personal Form Manager
8. Return to a blank screen 

Note: PERSFORM exists in all tables, however, cannot be previewed via P98220U, Work With User Defined Objects. 

Changes

Update Tools Release to 9.2.4.3 from 9.2.4.1 (P4310), 9.2.3.5 (P42101).
