Symptoms

There are couple of issues where system was exceeding the time out threshold and in some cases system was calling some business function so many times even when the user was just reviewing the existing operations data.

Most of the times, the record reservation takes too long and prevent other users to do their work. On the other hand, due to long time processing, web exception errors are encountered which require restarting the application.
