Symptoms


A few days after a reboot, any application doing a query causes Call Object Kernel CPU to spike to 100% and the query takes a very long time to complete.

Once issue appears, able to reproduce at will until reboot of logic server.  After reboot, everything is back to normal.

Issue happens to all users, all computers.

Issue happens to other environments, but production happens more often.
