E1: 07Y: W-2 Missing When Using Additional Parameter For Home Company and Employee Moves From One Company To Another Company (Doc ID 2749064.1)

Symptoms

When processing Year-End W-2 forms through Year-End Workbench (P07810), when Employee moves from one Company to another Company, Additional Parameters set to Home Company no longer creates W2 for tax history of the prior company.  This functionality changed after Bug 29820456 to address performance and there is no option to run the Year-End Build per Home Company when there are employees that move to another company.

Steps To Duplicate:

  1. 2 Year-End Workbench IDs:
      - for company 00001
      - for company 00007
  2. Both use R078301 ZJDE0001 with no data selection set,
  3. Company 00001 uses Additional Parameter Home Company set to 00001, Company 00007 uses Additional Parameter for Home Company 00007
  4. Run each YE ID,
  5. When viewing Employee W2 Inquiry, only W2 tax history for company 00007 is created.
