E1: SCHED: "Could not add the job, [JOB NAME], to the job list. Will not be able to monitor the job" After Migrating Scheduler Tables to New E1 Installation (Doc ID 2749698.1)

Symptoms

After starting up E1 services and the scheduler application (P91300), following a transfer of scheduler tables from an older release to their current release, the migrated scheduled jobs do actually launch and complete successfully, but the job statuses in scheduler do not change from Scheduled (01) to Launched (10), and eventually to Job Completed Successfully (20).

Error in scheduler kernel log:

"Could not add the job, [JOB NAME], to the job list.  Will not be able to monitor the job."

 

Changes

 Customer migrated scheduler tables F91300, F91310, and F91320 to a new EnterpriseOne (E1) installation.
