Currently, when a manager has employees in multiple companies, there is not a way to limit the manager's view of employees when working on annual reviews. When Compensation Review Workbench is opened, all employees (direct and indirect) reporting to that manager are visible. The same goes for Performance appraisals. This is a problem when the companies are on different schedules for performance and compensation reviews. Because of this, some approvals get locked and the workbench has to be rerun, causing issues for other managers.
