(Doc ID 2752425.1)

Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Receivable - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When running BSSV JP010020 for a custom version of P01012 application set under <processCustomerV2><processAddressBookV2><addressBook><processing><processingVersion> tag, the request fails to process, with the error message "This Version does not currently exist on the enterprise server.".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Web, launch the E1 Release 9.2, Tools release 9.2.4.4, environment JPDCUR, go to IV (Interactive Versions) and double-check on the Processing Options of P03013 Customer Master application, under tab Versions:
# 1. Customer Master MBF (P0100042) Version, see Blank = Version ZJDE0001
# 2. Address Book (P01012) Version, see Blank = Version ZJDE0001
2. Go to IV (Interactive Versions) and for the P01012 Address Book program do add a new version, see MYABVER
3. Create XML request for BSSV JP010020 processCustomerV2, and set the MYABVER value under <processCustomerV2><processAddressBookV2><addressBook><processing><processingVersion>, and set a blank value under <processCustomerV2> <processing> <processingVersion>, under tag <processing>.
4. Run it through SoapUI.
The BSSV JP010020 request fails to process, with the error message "This Version does not currently exist on the enterprise server.".
Verify response on the JDE E1 application to double-check the customer information was not processed and nothing was inserted into F01012 and F03012 tables.
5. Now go and modify the XML request for JP010020 processCustomerV2, and set the blank value (or alternatively set ZJDE0001) under <processCustomerV2><processAddressBookV2><addressBook><processing><processingVersion>, and set a blank value under <processCustomerV2> <processing> <processingVersion>, under tag <processing>.
6. Run it through SoapUI. The BSSV request is processed successfully, only some warnings are received. Verify response on the JDE E1 application and notice customer information is processed and new records are inserted into F0101 (Address Book Master) and F03012 (Customer Master by Line of Business) tables.
