E1: 45: Basket Quantity Based Adjustment Does Not Include Free Goods Line in Basket Calculation (Doc ID 2756181.1)

Symptoms

Customer has multiple adjustments on item including free goods. There is also a basket reprice based on total order quantity at 31.8 pallets. The basket does not consider the free good quantity in the order total and the minimum order quantity basket reprice is not met. Customer is expecting the free goods to be included.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up adjustment that includes free goods.
2. Set up basket reprice for total quantities.
3. Create a sales order for the item that only exceeds the order quantity basket reprice if the free goods are included in the quantity total.
