E1: 90C: Convert Lead (P90CB010) Incorrectly Returns a "Not Found In User Defined Code Error" (018A) (Doc ID 2756405.1)

Symptoms

After deliberately deleting blank values out of several UDC tables used for Address Book Category Codes, but then populating valid Category Code values in the Manage Leads Classification screen, if the user clicks the Convert Lead button in the CRM - Manage Leads (P90CB010) program, the following error is incorrectly are returned:

'01 not found in User Defined Code 01 :\E920_1\PD920\bin32\CDBASE.dll' (Error ID 018A)

A form level error has occurred.

CAUSE: Category Code01 F0005 Drky 01 was not found in User Defined Code for system 01 , type :\E920_1\PD920\bin32\CDBASE.dll .
RESOLUTION: Enter a valid Category Code01 F0005 Drky or use Visual Assist to search for a valid value.

The error should not occur because a valid value was populated in Category Code 01 of the Manage Leads Classification screen.
