Symptoms


With P4205 Ship Confirm set up for In-transit accounting (processing option #10 = 1) and when a ST/OT order is ship confirmed and the Actual Ship date is back dated prior to the Order date then the OT order is not automatically received and the order does not enter the receipt route. There are also no F43092 records for the OT order.
When the ST is ship confirmed and the Actual Ship date is Not back dated then everything works fine and the OT order is entered into the receipt route.
