Symptoms

Customer processing EDI 850 Outbound - R43500 to extract purchase order detail and it does populate the EDI tables (F47016 and F47017) but the customer item number (CITM) is not populated.
Supplier (S) item x-ref is set up in P4104 and the R43500 processing option #1. Item No. Display is set to 2 = Print ours and supplier's.
