Symptoms

When the R30026Z1I is run to change simulated X costs for an existing item the subsequent frozen net added and total values are cleared out in the F30026 for the X costs

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To not clear out the current X costs frozen net added and frozen totals when running the R30026Z1I

STEPS:

1. Start with an item that has its cost already simulated and frozen with X costs added
2. Populate the P30026Z1 with cost changes made to the current X costs
3. Run the R30026Z1I to create the X cost changes
4. The frozen net added and totals for the X costs are now cleared out in the F30026
