E1: 46L: P46L10 LP Workbench Issues Incorrect Errors 141LPN and 0855 For LP Transfer (Doc ID 2758884.1)

P46L10 License Plate Workbench issues hard error 141LPN - License Plate Number – Location Error or error 0855 – Quantity Invalid when using Transfer to move a License Plate from one location to another in the same Branch. These errors are not accurate and they report conditions that are not true.
Error 141LPN is issued when there is more than 1 License Plate left in the FROM location and error 0855 is issued when the LP being transferred was the last one in the FROM location.
Note that despite the errors being issued the transfer is completed and the license plates are transferred.  These issues started after the latest ESU JN18797 was loaded.


Steps to Duplicate:
1. P46L10 find location with more than 1 License Plate (LP)
2. Select LP and Take Row Exit Transfer and Transfer to another location in same branch
3. Incorrectly receive error 141LPN – License Plate Number – Location Error
4. Note that despite the error the LP is transferred
5. Select another LP from that location and Take Row Exit Transfer and Transfer to another location in same branch
6. Again receive an incorrect error 0855 – Quantity Invalid
7. Note Error 0855 is issued instead of 141LPN when the LP being transferred was the last one in the FROM location
8. Note again despite the error the LP is transferred
