Symptoms

Customer recently upgraded the Tools Release. After the upgrade, for a few users, the "Open Applications" list next to "Recent Reports" at the left is not working correctly, some applications not showing up in the list. The application appears after hiding the "Open Applications" section and then unhide it.



In some cases, form title also showing strange characters.
