Symptoms

After updating the tools release from 9.2.3.5 to 9.2.4.5, the Chinese characters stopped printing and those fields are appearing as blank on the PDF output. All UBEs that were supposed to print Chinese characters are affected with this issue.

Error captured in the debuglog,

 

Steps to Replicate:

1. The tools release was updated to 9.2.4.5

2. Execute any UBE that is supposed to print Chinese characters

3. The PDF output has blank field where Chinese characters are supposed to get printed

Changes

Tools Release updated from 9.2.3.5 to 9.2.4.5
