Symptoms

The package build from the web fails to launch as the Enterprise Server is unable to connect to the JDE B9 Client Network service on the Deployment Server.

The following error message can be seen in the package kernel log:

Logs from the server include the PACKAGE BUILD KERNEL, the CallObject log and the UBE log.
 

Changes

 Upgrade to Tools Release to 9.2.5.x.
