Symptoms
Accrual DBA AMOUNT incorrectly calculating as Gross Pay for Flat Amount DBAs assigned through Benefit Enrollment as well as Table Code DBAs assigned through Group Plan, Benefits, or EE DBA Instructions. This appears to be happening after applying ESU JN18746. DBA Basis is correctly calculating however GPA is wrong on all computations. Table Codes affected include AB, IB, SA so far that has been identified. Calculation Issue occurs in Interims and Payroll. Calculation Issue occurs whether DBA is assigned through Group Plan DBA, Benefits OR simply at the EE DBA Instruction level.
Steps:
1. Setup PDBA (ie:8201) Table Code (ie:08201) Accrual where DBA should calculate Amount and Basis = 3.00
2. Assign DBA 8201 to employee DBA Instructions where no other DBA Instructions exist.
3. Enter Off-Cycle Interim for Pay Type 1, 80 Hours and Calculate.
4. DBA 8201 should be 3.00 Amount and 3.00 Basis but note Amount is Gross Pay not 3.00.
