Symptoms

 Employee With Alias: FLSA in P0801CMP = Y Gets Paid Overtime.
(Alias: FLSA) in P0801CMP = Y indicates no overtime.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. EE 14935 has (Alias: FLSA) in P0801CMP = N
2. EE 14925 has (Alias: FLSA) in P0801CMP = Y
3. Add timecards with Pay Type 100 (Overtime 1.5)
4. Run payroll and notice both employees were paid overtime.
