Symptoms
After upgrading the tools release to version 9.2.4.3 and migrating to 64-bit, the Scheduler Server cannot be started/stopped from FAT client.
The timing and scheduled jobs can be viewed from Deployment Server, but this information is also unavailable when checked from FAT client. On FAT client, when checking the next scheduled job time, it shows 00:00:00 although the *SCHEDULER record in F91300 has the correct value set in SJSCHENTIME column.
The JDE debug log collected from FAT client when checking the next scheduled job in P91300 shows the following data:
