E1: DD: "Error: Alias Name Already Exists" Appears in Glossary Items Form (P92002|W92002B) When Trying to Create a Custom Glossary Item (Doc ID 2761257.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a custom glossary data dictionary (DD) item using Glossary Items Form (P92002|W92002B), "Error: Alias Name Already Exists" appears on-screen. A glossary item was created before with the same alias but it was deleted. It does not exists when inquiring for this alias in Work With Glossary Items Form (P92002|W92002F).

 


Steps to replicate:
- Login to E1
- Open P92002 using fastpath
- Click Add button in Work With Glossary Items Form (P92002|W92002F)
- Enter the value for Alias field and tab out
