E1: INST: 64-bit SnapShot does not Register DLLs Properly with Message - "Can't instantiate Connector Logger. Verify BPMLogger.dll is registered." (Doc ID 2761785.1)

Symptoms

Unable to log into environment restored to Web Development Client via 64-bit SnapShot. 

When performing a restore operation in Snapshot, the E1 system DLLs are not registered.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. On the main SnapShot window, click the Save button.
  2. On Make a New Snapshot, complete Snapshot Name and New Folder Name field.
  3. Click the OK button.
  4. Restore a snapshot - On the main SnapShot window and in the Saved Versions section, highlight the saved instance that you want to restore.
  5. Click the Restore button.
