E1: JAS: Users Receive HTTP 414 Error When E1 Times Out (Doc ID 2762112.1)

Occurs on Internet Explorer 11 browser only.


Users receive HTTP 414 error when E1 times out. All settings mentioned in Document 2473872.1 has been reviewed but users continue to receive the HTTP 414 error message. 

Using F12 Developer Tools Interface from the IE11 browser, the following very long URL can be seen within the <url> </url> and then a 414 - Request-URI Too Large error is seen:

The timeout is happening as it should after 60 minutes of inactivity.
After clicking OK on the timeout message you can see what looks to be another browser window quickly flash then the 414 error appears.
