Signing into JD Edwards JAS instance (web URL) for a specific environment is taking a long time when a load balancer is being used to redirect traffic between two different AIS server nodes.
The following errors related to AIS (Application Integration Server) login failure is seen in e1root.log
This log can be found in the following location : <SMA>\SCFHA\targets\<JAS_Instance_Name>\logs\e1root.log, where <SMA> is the Server Manager Agent home where JAS instance is registered.
- Open the JD Edward web URL for the environment
- Enter a valid EnterpriseOne user id and password
- Click on Login
- Check the time taken for login
