E1: SVM: Runtime Metrics Unavailable for HTML Instance - Active JVM Count Shows 0 (Doc ID 2764112.1)

Symptoms

After logging into the Server Manager Console and selecting the EnterpriseOne HTML Server instance, under Instance Information, the Active JVM Count is 0.

Enable embedded agent logs for the HTML server instance to get more detail:
1. Open the agent.properties file on the Server Manager Agent home: <agent_home>\SCFHA\config\agent.properties file
2. Add the following lines:  
log.level=ALL
log.embedded.instances=true
3. Stop the Server Manager Agent, clear the logs from <agent_home\SCFHA\logs, and restart it.  
4. Restart the HTML Server instance
5. Review the embedded agent log for the HTML Server instance from <agent_home\SCFHA\logs
