Symptoms

When entering a configured sales order the order is not saved by the system and nothing displays when inquiring on the order number

Expect to be able to enter configured sales orders that get saved by the system

STEPS TO DUPLICATE

  1. Add a configured sales order and save the order
  2. Inquire on the order just entered and it is not showing
  3. No errors
