Symptoms

Users are no longer notified with popup [TRANSACTION ERROR Transaction cannot be committed. It was canceled.] when transaction fails after clicking OK in application.

Since there is no notification, users think the transaction has processed successfully.

For example, users entering sales orders in P4210, P42101 (Sales Order Entry) will not see any error message on the screen to announce them the sales order is not saved, so they will not know the sales order is not saved."
